Thank you for your interest in joining 1881 Artist Cooperative!

We are a community of artists working from Gallup, New Mexico to celebrate, support, and showcase the art and creative traditions of the four corners region.

We welcome artists working in traditional and contemporary artistic forms and are looking for creators whose work reflects their own experiences and perspectives within the four corners region.

The 1881 Artist Cooperative is intended to be an active community rather than simply a place where artists can rent space.

We hope our members will share ideas, support one another, participate in cooperative activities, help create opportunities for local artists, and help us build a community-oriented hub in Gallup.
